About the role:
Engage Education are currently recruiting a number of enthusiastic Support Starff and LSA for a school in Watford. Successful candidates will be supporting students with special needs on a day-to-day, long-term basis starting as early as possible until July.
You will have experience of supporting children with special educational needs or will have a passion to work with students with special educational needs. By being proactive and taking initiative, you are going to be able to build up relationships with students and gain knowledge of a wide variety of needs in order to find the best ways to support them with their individual needs.

You will have the opportunity to attend an in-service training programme and complete supervision sessions with your line manager.
