This is a Customer Account Manager role working with a wonderful HR performance platform company located in Sutton.

The Customer Success team plays a vital role in proactively supporting all end users, driving their engagement through a range of training and customer-focused activities and ensuring that all their clients are successful with their aims, objectives, and requirements. The Customer Success team is at the heart of the business and supports the success of our accounts, across the product portfolio, throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding a new account and/or end user to being a contact point for all user enquiries.

This is a key role within the Customer Success Team. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of our Core accounts and the end users by driving engagement and building value throughout the subscription. A key foundation of this will be delivering training to our accounts and understanding the needs and requirements of our users. The Customer Success Manager will support the success of our accounts throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding a new account and/or user to acting as a contact point for all user questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To successfully support our accounts and end users to achieve success from using our application throughout their lifecycle
  • To onboard all new accounts and new end users to ensure that they can make the most from their subscriptions, in line with their own business goals
  • To upskill end users via online training to understand how the Core product works and how they achieve business success through the use of the product
  • To identify upsell opportunities where appropriate
  • Provides excellent customer service and ensures all client's queries are dealt with within the required SLA
  • Complies with sales systems
  • Reports to the Head of Customer Success and Delivery, UK and US, on activity delivered

This role is an immediate start. This role is Hybrid - 2 Days Office Based Sutton (Tues & Weds) - 3 Days Home working (Mon, Thur, Fri)
