Job Description

We are an independent accountancy practice with long-established connections in North East Fife. From our offices in Cupar, St Andrews and Anstruther we are committed to delivering an excellent all-round service to our wide portfolio of clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual to join our Anstruther team.

You will be keen to pursue a career with a professional accountancy firm and will bring some relevant, practical experience in accounts preparation, book-keeping and VAT. Experience of XERO and IRIS would be an advantage. This is a role where you will continually learn new skills and you must have an aptitude for, and interest in, dealing with numbers and financial data. You will need to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients so must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.

Appropriate training and supervision will be provided and support may be available to undertake further qualifications.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. It is envisaged that this role would suit someone looking for part-time hours but we would still be interested to hear from those looking for a full-time opportunity.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
