Accounts Assistant - VR/27532

Reporting into the Accountant you will undertake the following:

• Posting bank payments on a weekly basis.
• Preparing weekly purchase ledger payments runs.
• Raising payments daily for orders approved.
• Responsible for reconciling banks accounts.
• Responsibility for payables ledger.
• Company credit card reconciliation ensuring invoices/receipts are valid and passed to AP.
• Assisting with weekly cashflow forecasting.
• Assisting colleagues with ad hoc administrative duties.

Individuals with strong AP and Treasury experience are encouraged to apply for this role. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to meet deadlines.
