Due to an organic growth within our business, we are seeking a talented Operational Administrative Assistant to join the business.
The ideal candidate should be keen to have a varied role within our team and should show:
- A positive, hardworking and enthusiastic approach to work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service liaison handling a variety of customer and supplier queries
- Operationally strong with a hands-on approach (i.e. production planning, ordering raw materials, ensuring high quality products are made, ensuring stock booked in and out is accurate and monitored)
- Strong analytical and computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to support other departments within the company such as our quality, operations department etc…
- Naturally, you'll need to be flexible, able to use your own initiative at times, be efficient and well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Experience of working to and meeting tight deadlines, hitting and exceeding targets whilst adhering to production and quality specifications
- The ability to work well under pressure, with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- A good understanding of Bakery Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and Food Health & Safety would be desirable

Salary:* *41,472.03 per annum (inclusive of call out) plus Company Vehicle, Pension, Health plan, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)*.
