JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
GRADE: Band 2
LOCATION: Community Paediatrics & Child Protection RHCYP
HOURS: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
CONTRACT DURATION: Permanent
As part of this varied role, you will provide support to Paediatricians and Nursing Staff. Community Paediatrics covers a range of specialist services such as Child Protection, Children with Complex Care Needs, Looked After Children, and Adoptions and Fostering.
Duties include answering phones, typing of letters and reports, G2 audio typing, dealing with mail, general office duties and scanning. Full training will be given.
This role is fully office based at the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People, Little France, Edinburgh.
