This is a full-time permanent post. The hours of this post are contracted 37.5hrs worked within a shift pattern during the hours of 8am-8pm, across a 7 day week.
The shift pattern can change and will be agreed dependent on service needs. The current shift pattern will be 8.30am-5pm (Mon - Fri).

The post holder:

• will provide an efficient reception and administration support service within the Radiology Department, performing a range of administration duties, updating the Radiology computer system (CRIS), and liaising with patients, medical staff, GPs and other clerical support staff in an efficient and professional manner.
  
• should have proficient keyboard and computer skills, including e-mail.

Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology is advantageous but not essential.
