Here at Serco, we are looking for an Administrator to join our Education Team at HMP Dovegate - a Category B adult male facility near Uttoxeter, Staffordshire where we care for up to 1160 **male adult prisoners over the age of 21 serving a range of sentences including trial, remand, those awaiting sentence and convicted men serving long and short term sentences.
You will provide administrative support for exams, such as registration of learners and processing certificates, but also general administrative duties for the whole education department. You must be comfortable working in a challenging environment and be adept at working under pressure to deadlines.
This is a role suited to someone who is looking to work as part of a dedicated team and has an enthusiastic outlook to ‘getting the job done’ with a professional approach!

*What you’ll need to do the role*
To carry out this role successfully, you must have good interpersonal and communication skills and be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills. You must be computer literate and have experience of efficient and accurate data entry.
