Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Workplace Services Ambassador to join our 15 strong team at one of Rapport's most prestigious contracts. The client is one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in the world.

The core hours of the WSA will be an 8-hour shift within the service hours of 07.00 – 19.00, working Monday to Fridays, 40 hours per week on a shift rota basis. Overtime may be required on occasion for events out of these hours.

Main Responsibilities

The Workplace Services Ambassador is primarily responsible for the operation of all Internal Floors in the office. We are the 'one-stop-shop' for any internal staffs needs. We have a fantastic relationship with everyone on site and we are the leading relationship builders.

Main responsibilities are:

- Client Care - taking care of the needs of internal working staff
  • Monitor, manage and support space utilisation within the London Campus
- Managing supplier relationships - e.g. logging, chasing and following through with calls.
  • Building Relationships with the Partnership and being the first point of contact
  • Business Support and assistance with Analytics
  • Maintenance of all internal vending provisions
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who has

  • Strong customer services skills and customer service experience.
  • The ability to “think outside the box” when faced with issues.
  • Knowledge and awareness of Workplace Services Management.
  • Proven to be self-motivated and work under pressure whilst prioritising key deadlines.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and service personnel at a
variety of levels by negotiating the best results.
  • The ability to motivate self and others to achieve results at all levels.
  • Proven willingness to learn new skills.
  • Proven ability to act innovatively and creatively problem solve.
  • Good PC literacy skills and ability to learn internal IT systems.
