Assistant Store Manager.

Candidates must have a background in selling fine jewellery with a high level of client development and building genuine relationships.

About the role

Strategize, develop, and drive sales across the sales team, coaching & driving the sales team to achieve their goals & targets.

Maintain & develop key clients/prospects relationships. Monitor and meet monthly and annual sales targets inline with the ambitious growth of the business.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the role include: Sales leadership & support Responsible for driving & generating the ambitious sales target of the townhouse.

Coach the teams to drive & deliver their monthly & quarterly sales targets & KIP’s.

Consistently review the sales teams’clients’ books, support & coach the team on client outreach to create new sales opportunities & leads.

Support the team in creating engaging & personalized client communications. Inspire & lead a high performing sales team, clearly communicate the teams’ objectives & goals.

Organize & execute against the day to day running of the townhouse ensuring a seamless client journey.

Consistently review sales teams’ performance & address any performance issues, provide the relevant coaching & support where required.

Support & deputies for HOR in their absence.

Supports & communicates the Company vision and contribute ideas to build upon this vision.

Support HOR with the development & training of the sales team, ensuring product & sales knowledge is kept up to date & relevant.

Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure sales & clients requirements are communicated & prioritized where required.

Sales Reporting & Client Relationship

Monitor and keep track of pipeline business/ probable/possible sales. Process sales in a timely and efficient manner/administrative follow-through. Build your own personal client book from existing & new networks. Act as a brand ambassador whilst embodying the Company values & culture.

Manage existing priority clients and network to develop prospective clients.

Formulate a strategic sales approach for maximizing existing and new clients’ purchase potential.

Liaise with design and production on bespoke client commissions.

House Experience

Visual Merchandise Presentation: ensure all displays are neat/clean and the jewellery is well presented throughout the day.

Oversee & execute the daily set-up and breakdown.

Support the HOR in the overseeing & managing of all stock management & inventory processes.

Oversee the day to day running of the townhouse ensuring all clients receive a seamless & inspiring townhouse experience. Give input / feedback on processed to make them more efficient.

Business Development

Nurturing relations with external potential clients, work alongside HOR to build out new client outreach strategies & activations. Liaison with the brand ambassadors.

Liaise with PR and Marketing team on external outreach strategy. Host & assist in set-up and execution of events, selling at these events and follow-up with clients.

The Ideal Candidate Knowledge and Experience UHNW Relationship development and CRM knowledge Strong sales ability to close sales.

Creating networks of existing and new clients through external recommendations Commercially savvy; self-motivated Excellent communication skills-written and oral A quick learner with business acumen Computer literacy Detailed oriented; juggle multiple tasks and comfortable working with ambiguity. Luxury fine jewellery sales background a plus.

Language Fluent English and a second language is a plus.

Reports to Head of Retail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Flexitime

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • Management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
