Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.

We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.

• Primary strategic POC across two Global Clients
• Lead 10-strong team to deliver on and iterate quarterly testing sprints
• Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to by international and UK based search teams
• Ensure the team and accounts are aligned with and executing against revenue and lead generation objectives
• Analyse wider industry and market trends and how these apply and affect clients’ account performance
• Liaise with Digital Director and Ad-Ops team to ensure consistent measurement and tracking in place across all search accounts
• Nurture key partnerships with Google, Microsoft and SA360
• Help facilitate a strong team ethos and exhibit focused and positive team leadership
• Identify areas of development for line reports and create career development plans
• Generate case studies and award entries
• Contribute thought leadership to the wider business
• Support new business opportunities for the agency

• We are looking for an established Associate Director to lead the strategy, client relationship and day to day activation of the Paid Search campaigns.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for search, care about delivering results and strive to understand key blockers affecting performance.
• This search account is one of the largest in the global roster, and the ideal candidate will have a passion for making automation drive performance at scale through the use (not an exclusive list) of scripts, bid management platform or PPC audit tools.
• We are looking for a proactive self-starter that can motivate, inspire and lead a high performance team to continued success.
