This role is perfect for a Banking Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE, as it is a brilliant chance to set yourself apart and really establish yourself within the Banking and Finance sector. It is key that you have tangible experience of transactional banking, both lender and borrower, as well as technical and commercial awareness.
You will work on a wide-ranging spectrum of transactions including corporate lending, general banking, leverage and structured finance, real estate and project finance, energy and structured asset finance, asset-based lending, fund finance, debt loan transactions and restructuring work.
