As a Bar Staff at Sodexo in Denison Barracks, Thatcham, you're a real people person with excellent communication skills, Mainly customer facing, You'll interact with our armed forces personnel every day, improving quality of life for all that you meet. What you’ll do:

  • Be a vital part of the Front of house operation and ensure our bars run smoothly

  • Provide excellent customer service with a dedicated and helpful approach

  • Serving, clearing, and keeping tables/Bar area spotless

What you bring:

  • Strictly 18+ due to licencing regulations
  • A can-do attitude and flexible approach to working

  • Excellent attention to detail, plus good communication skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but not required

  • Flexibility of various shift patterns and possible weekend working

  • Weekends
  • 9.5 hours per week
  • £11.00 - £12.50 per hour
