Well established coffee house, operating in Stratford-upon-Avon since 2019, Honey Blue is coming to Warwick this summer and we are looking for our new colleagues!

We are looking for full time baristas to work with us 5 days a week (both weekdays and weekends).
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of coffee, coffee based drinks, have some previous experience and be able to operate an espresso machine, coffee grinder and all relevant bar accessories. Additional training will be provided by our knowledgeable and friendly team.
Requirements and responsibilities of the role:
· Being able to confidently operate an espresso machine and all relevant equipment and accessories
· Be a team player - provide assistance to other team members as needed
· Experience as a supervisor or keyholder within a coffee shop
· Good people skills (communication, supervisory, leadership, coaching and development)
· Having a commercial and financial awareness that grows the business
· Opening and closing the shop
· Lead by example the bar and wait staff and provide assistance as needed
· Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
