Barista (Casual worker)

We have a great opportunity for an engaging, passionate & friendly Barista & Cafe assistant to join Vacherin, working on our ‘Premier Crew Team’, helping to support our 100 London-based sites.

Location: Central London (zone 1-3)

Team: Premier Crew

Contract: Casual

Rate of pay: £13.00 per hour (£14.57 inc holidays)

Various shifts available: Monday to Thursday

About Premier Crew

Premier Crew is the in-house support team. We strive to deliver the best services and support to over 100 London- based contracts within the sectors of property, finance, law, media, and education

You will have…

• Previous Barisat experience in a similar role
• Multi-skills and excellent customer service
• Great team player
• Good communication skills

Some of the key responsibilities are:

• Greeting customers as they enter
• Passionate about coffee and an eagerness to stay up-to-day with the latest coffee trends.
• Taking orders while paying attention to details
• Educating customers on our drink menu, serving Barista style coffee (e.g., preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
• Making recommendations on hot and cold beverages, often tailored to the customer’s preference.
• Multi-tasking, cleaning and tidying work area, and equipment, and maintaining a presentable preparation area.
