Business Development Consultant

The Manchester site is well established as the largest specialist logistics training facility in the UK.

We work with some of the biggest brands in the country, including Aldi, Wincanton and AO, delivering approximately 500 Apprenticeships, over 2500 Large Goods Vehicle licences and 1,100 Forklift Truck licences each year. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Consultant to join our team. This position is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week based in Middleton, Greater Manchester.
The Role
The primary focus of the role will be to build relationships with local garage owners and managers to increase the sales of automotive apprenticeships targeted at the automotive sectors and commercial offerings.
This job will include relationship management of a portfolio of existing customers, and new business development activity enabling new customers. The role will also encompass looking for commercial sales opportunities to satisfy short term business objectives, identifying, contacting, building productive business relationships with companies that are potential future customers of Mantra Learning Ltd.
