Are you a skilled and engaging Business Development Executive with a keen interest in the software/tech world?

Are you confident using a multitude of channels; phone, email, InMails, voice notes, video, carrier pigeon to speak to prospects?

ABR are growing and we’re looking to add a Business Development Executive to the ranks!

About ABR:

Celebrating our 4th birthday, we are a tight knit team of SaaS recruitment experts with a particular focus on growth roles such as Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Support and Marketing.

We work with some super exciting clients across the tech landscape and actually across the planet! Whilst a high percentage of clients are UK founded, we’ve got some clients from Australia, Sweden, Poland and more!

Outside of finding great talent in an exciting and ever-developing market, we’re a social and active bunch with regular team occasions, incentives and general great times!

What we are looking for:

We want someone to come in and focus purely on prospecting, engaging and acquiring new business leads. Be it phone, email, LinkedIn or your choice of channel, we want someone that can open dialogues with exciting, growing SaaS businesses and provide both a consultative, but explorative experience.

The type of person we need:

· High levels of motivation and energy.

· A positive problem-solving attitude.

· Ability to operate on own initiative.

Strong sales ability and willingness to operate both digitally and face-to-face.

Willingness to support the wider business and develop their candidate management skills as required.

Someone that wants to come in and genuinely be able to build a process and function that will only grow as the business does.

What we like to see:

  • Someone with prior success in an outbound sales role.
  • Someone goal or objective motivated! Striving to achieve and exceed those goals.
  • Someone keen to be involved in the exciting SaaS world and grow their knowledge of the space.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or a similar B2B environment is beneficial.
  • Someone who can empathise and relate to the challenges faced by businesses and decision makers, manage objections and offer guidance or solution.

Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
