  The Business Development Representative role plays a key part in the regional sales development and lead generation objective. The role reports to the Regional VP and working closely with the Regional Sales and Alliance Director teams. This individual has overall responsibility for attaining BDR goals for meetings set and pipeline development and lead generation goals in Europe and select markets ROW. The primary focus is Business Development and lead generation duties.
 
 
 
  
 What Will You Do?
 
 
  -  Target and drive individual BDR activity for regional sales and alliance teams for target companies and markets
-  Handle both inbound and outbound lead management process from qualification to to establishing Sales Accepted leads (SAL)
-  Use CRM and marketing automation tools platforms and campaign execution tools to drive BDR campaigns
-  Drive and report on individual lead generation & lead nurturing programs using the various CRM tools available
-  Exceed BDR KPI’s for 1) booking number of meetings per month 2) grow the size of prospecting pipeline 
- Track, report, and analyze lead generation Metrics, KPIs and performance, and make recommendations for further improvement
-  Manage targeted campaigns, projects, timelines, and all deliverables including content and outreach sequences
 Qualifications: 
 
   Minimum Qualifications:
 
 
  -  Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or another related field
-  Two to three (2-3) years experience, in SDR and BDR Roles with demonstrable experience in lead generation and pipeline development for B2B companies, with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing programs
-  Worked with and supported Regional Sales and Alliance Teams with business development and pipeline development activity
-  Experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, Outreach.io, Demand Base and/Google Adwords etc. 
- Experience using landing page tools like Leadfeader, and building outreach campaigns targeting website visitors
-  Demonstrated success in leveraging and running social media targeted Campaigns within the scope of the BDR function
-  BANT or similar method of profiling lead status and reporting
-  Good communication skills (verbal and written) with high-quality of work and attention to detail
-  Team player who is self directed and ambitious and has a “no job is too big or too small" mentality”
