Our client is looking for a Chartered Principle Engineer to drive project delivery in accordance with Civil Engineering Standards and lead and mentor an engineering team.

Working in a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals, you will be responsible for leading the design teams responsible for delivering highway designs which includes producing 3D models, drawings, and specifications to relevant standards.

This is a hybrid working role and you will be required on-site at you nearest location 2-3 times per week.

• Lead multiple project deliveries that meets client requirements through effective governance.
• Line manage and support a team of Civil Engineers.
• Provide support in identifying and winning new business through excellent client relationships.
• Effectively coordinate resources to ensure delivery of projects that meet or exceed client requirements.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, discussing design and technical solutions.

• Must have a full Engineering chartership.
• Relevant experience at a senior level in the highway or UK transport sectors.
• Previously held line managing responsibilities to multiple team members.
