Job Role: Street Cleaner, Weeding seasonal work

Shifts: Induction will take place on 22nd May

• Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 14:20 (39 hours week)
• 4 on 4 off - 06:00 - 18:00

Hourly Salary: £11.09 per hour

Passible overtime opportunities on Saturday (1.5 times); Sunday (double time) 06:00 – 12:00

Role Type: Temporary contract

Gap personnel (operating as an employment business are currently recruiting for 8 Street Cleaning Operatives for our client based in the city centre. The client is operating various projects in the area to make Bristol a cleaner place to live for everyone!

Job Responsibilities

• As a street cleaner you will be working around the Bristol area covering duties such as litter picking, road sweeping, and emptying bins
• You will also be undertaking weed spraying
• Representing the company in a professional manner as you will be working around the general public
• As the first point of contact to the public, you will need to demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times

Induction and full training are provided by the client.

** Please be aware this role is outdoor work, in all weather and will involve walking up to 30,000 steps a day **

The Candidate

• Must be physically fit as you will be walking a long distance daily
• Working outside with all weather conditions
