Join our unique team looking after a mix of some of the biggest personal care players in the industry. In our team, we help clients truly understand the consumer; what makes an individual chose their product once in home, what triggers & barriers do they have, which needs & values do they need to resonate with? As the Client Manager you will be the day-to-day client contact; a cross a range of accounts including the likes of Procter & Gamble, J&J and others, working closely with an Insight Director to plan and develop our footprint and to ensure we are constantly striving to build client satisfaction
The role requires someone with strong relationship building skills – who can develop new networks, collaborate and challenge the client and show passion and enthusiasm for their business. There will also be plenty of opportunity to hone your insight and analysis skills through the face-to-face delivery of high quality strategic insight, demonstrate your personal impact by ensuring your insights travel through the business becoming embedded and valuable, and, through your advisory skills, develop
conversations around services and solutions that would be of value to the client's business.

- Account Development: Grow & advance how clients see our role in their businesses, giving them the insights they need and the confidence that we are the right partner for their needs.
- Innovation: Real opportunity to develop your consultancy skills; our data gives us a depth of understanding that is unique to our business and allows you to be able to support our clients with new strategies or thinking in their roles.
- Revenue: You will own a growth target and work with your team to find, develop and close new leads through maintaining client relationships and finding out their key business questions.
- Teamwork: Work in close conjunction with other units in our business & beyond. Delivering joint insights to client teams across the globe
- Coaching; coaching and mentoring a CA/CE level team member

- Commercial & curious mindset with the ability to answer client’s big questions and unafraid to have a point of view
- Keen to develop knowledge and be seen as an expert within the Beauty and Personal Care space, talking articulately about the industry and client challenges to connect with client needs
