Job Description

An impressive boutique firm with multiple offices across the North West of England are searching for their newest commercial property solicitor to join them at their Manchester office.

This role would be best suited to a solicitor with experience upwards of 1 year PQE and there isn't an upper limit to experience for this role as it's a growth position. The team is well serviced at all levels in the team so it's not about 'plugging a gap' but finding the right person, who is looking for a long-term opportunity to service an incredibly impressive client base within a well-liked and social team.

As a commercial property solicitor with this firm you will run a caseload of commercial property matters including but not limited to site acquisitions, buying and selling commercial premises for clients both within the North West but also nationally and some international work too. The work is varied in that is spreads across L&T, Development and Finance matters and due to the structure of the team they can adapt the role to the joining solicitors preference, whether that's keeping a broad role or specialising.

We've placed many people in the team from paralegal up to Partner so it's one we know extremely well and would highly recommend.
