A leading Midland's law firm has an opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team in Nottingham. The East Midlands has been targeted as an area of growth for the firm and the property team is one of the firm's fastest growing departments.

You will be working as part of a busy commercial property team with a varied caseload of varied acquisition and disposal work, plus work from local and national developers, pension funds and venture capitalists as well as foreign investors on projects throughout the UK.
The commercial property team acts for banks and financial institutions, commercial, residential and mixed use developers, healthcare and energy sector clients, giving you exposure to a range of sectors. You will also be assisting with business development and marketing of the commercial property and development team, including attending networking events.
The successful Commercial Property solicitor should ideally be 5 years PQE. You should have good team working and collaborative skills, and should be an effective communicator with the ability to form strong relationships with both colleagues and clients. You should be motivated and looking to establish your career within a leading regional law firm.
