The Role:

• You will be working on a broad-ranging caseload of commercial property matters from both regional and national clients, including property acquisitions and disposals, general landlord and tenant work, land acquisitions of high-value sites, large scale developments, amongst other areas.
• You will be working as part of the team to consistently provide the highest quality service to clients and uphold the firm's excellent reputation in the area.
• You will have the chance to undertake training in order to further your skill set and develop your career.

The Candidate:

• Our client is ideally looking for someone who is NQ - 6 years PQE within Commercial Property.
• You should be hardworking and dedicated to the role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to form lasting relationships with both colleagues and clients.
