Here at Sacco Mann we are working with an ambitious and market leading firm who are looking for an experienced and progressive Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their thriving South Manchester based department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Running a caseload of commercial litigation matters.
• Advising on contractual and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and professional negligence matters amongst others.
• Advocacy when required.
• Helping the team build up on the excellent reputation already established and help to develop the offering.
• Have aptitude for business development.
• Provide excellent standard of client care and be able to manage client expectations.
