Compliance Co-ordinator (Apprenticeships)– Work from home – Fixed Term Contract of 5 months
An opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Co-ordinator to work on a fixed-term project supporting a national training provider. They are looking for a candidate that is available for an immediate start and the role would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator that has experience and knowledge of Apprenticeships and Work Based Learning.
This is a hybrid based position, and the work will normally be done both on site in Glasgow and on a remote basis.
This will initially be on a 5-month fixed-term basis - this may change and there may be an opportunity to extend the duration of the assignment.
The position of Compliance Co-ordinator offers a basic salary of up to £30000 pro rata.
Purpose of the role of Compliance Co-ordinator:
- Work with ESFA Compliance Officers offering administration support.
- Work alongside the training provider to support the building of learner portfolios.
- Make initial contact to learners and employers completing templates/proformas.
- Gather all initial information accurately and sort and manage files via Sharepoint.
- Pass completed proformas to the allocated Compliance Officer in a timely manner.
- Manage inbox and action tasks in an effective and timely fashion.
- Maintain regular contact via telephone, teams/zoom and face-to-face meetings where necessary.
- Have a positive attitude and own the outcomes throughout the process.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required for the role of Compliance Co-ordinator:
- Knowledge of Apprenticeships and funding
- Compliance knowledge within the adult education sector
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Experience of working within an administration position.
- The ability to work at a fast pace in a demanding environment is essential.
- Good working knowledge of Share Point
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check and is being managed by Pertemps Work Based Learning.
