Your Role In the team
You'll join our expanding risk & compliance team to support the assurance mangers in executing the group assurance programme, performing assurance tasks across multiple 1st line teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of the testing required as part of the annual Compliance Assurance Programme.
  • Assist the Compliance Assurance Managers to carry out testing by gathering data, documents, processes, and other Management Information as required.
  • Write up findings/recommendations, agree responses with the area under review and present the findings/recommendations as part of the Assurance Report.
  • Record all recommendations and actions resulting from reviews undertaken and pro-actively chase these until resolution.
  • Identifying trends and root causes in all breaches and shortcomings; being proactive and collaborative with line management to make relevant changes to policies, procedures and working practices
  • Review and critically appraise evidence presented in support of proposed action closure
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the wider team as required.

What you'll need
You'll be an organised and structured individual with excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, as well as keep an eye on the customer. You'll have an understanding of governance and control frameworks, and previous exposure In a regulatory compliance capacity Ideally In audit or an assurance role In a regulated Industry… Gaming Experience Is preferred but not essential.
