Project Manager – Construction Consultancy
Covering all sectors of construction, my client provides strategic project management consultancy services to ensure project success.
With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, they are able to focus on getting projects right first time and delivering exceptional expertise and value to their clients.
My client is looking for a Mid-range Project Manager preferably from an NHS/ public sector consultancy background to add to their growing team of Project Managers.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a construction estimate based on a material take off.
· Create and manage the budget of the project.
· Create a plan for the project from start to finish.
· Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure profitable construction contracts.
· Develop a schedule, with project deliverables and milestones.
· Keep inventory of all aspects of the project.
· Manage resources (construction materials, construction workers, equipment).
· Allocate and manage logistics.
· Create status reports for project stakeholders.
· Oversee the performance of the general contractor, site manager and other members of the construction team.
· Obtain all permits, licenses to meet code regulations.
· Ensure all H&S standards are met.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Project management skills (time management, project budgeting, resource management, project scheduling).
· Previous experience in consultancy.
· Previous experience in NHS/ public health sectors (construction).
Benefits:

The role will report to our Commercial Tech Counsel and will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business on a daily basis.
They are relied upon to ensure our warehouses are clean and tidy. Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse, focusing on pick areas.
