Are you looking for a unique opportunity to join a driven and dynamic team? We are looking for an experienced Contract Technician who will support our Operational Contracts team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent health and safety, performance commitments, service, value, and compliance through the effective and efficient contract management.
As a Contract Technician, you will work as part of a team to deliver excellent performance by identifying and progressing opportunities for performance improvements and cost reductions. You will ensure effective administration and maintenance of contract records and documentation by managing the WSA Service Manager inbox. Additionally, you will provide performance and financial data/information and contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations.
To be successful in this role, you must have good knowledge of the Service Delivery operations and functions, excellent operational H&S knowledge, experience, and skills. You should have excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong customer service ethic.
