We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Technician to join our South West Region, based in Swindon. With your previous experience and commitment to excellence, we’ll encourage you to grow through ongoing training and great career development. In this diverse role, you’ll be visiting customers’ homes to fix anything that’s not right, as well as overseeing contractors to ensure their work fits our high standards. MAIN DUTIES

  • Providing a maintenance and repair service on new properties to the required standard, as arranged by the Customer Care team, in liaison with the customers.
  • Ensuring the quality of work provided by the sub-contractors on behalf of the Customer Care team is of the required standard.
  • Representing the Company in a polite and professional manner that is expected when dealing with and entering customers’ properties.
  • Paying due care and attention whilst working in purchasers homes using dust protection measures and cleaning area after work.
  • Managing all related paperwork and emails as required.
  • Communicating progress and updating clients at all times regarding current works.
  • Taking responsibility for all Company tools and Company van, ensuring they are kept in presentable and in full working order.
  • Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.
  • Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.
  • Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
  • Maintaining all health and safety aspects associated with Covid-19.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

  • Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Previous experience of working in the construction industry.
  • Bright and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with good time management.
  • Knowledge of modern materials and techniques.
