We are currently recruiting a Customer Services Administrator to join the team at our Blackburn site on a full time, permanent basis.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a well-organised and IT-literate individual who wants to begin a career within either supply chain or the manufacturing industry. This role will give you great exposure to what it takes to keep an industry-leading cake & dessert manufacturer ticking and ensure that our customers – some of the largest food retailers in the country – are receiving stock in a timely and efficient manner.

You will work alongside our Commercial and Production Planning teams to ensure our customers receive orders accurately and on time, every time.

This role is completely office-based, and you will utilise Microsoft Excel as well as our ERP system, Tropos, within your daily role; therefore, strong IT skills are essential.

The role of a Customer Services Administrator

• Review Customer orders and forecasts for allocated accounts daily.
• Input any additions and amendments to orders via our ERP system.
• Build good communications and relationships with all internal and external customers.
• Monitor and action all emails daily.
• Complete daily reports.
• Maintaining Christmas order tracking via Excel spreadsheets.
• Completion of relevant delivery confirmation for accounts.
• Export documentation.
• Handling telephone enquiries.
• Reconcile and maintain daily all stocks including site and 3PL, resolving/investigating issues where required.
• Inputting deliveries onto spreadsheets.
• Monitor SalesLine email account and input orders received.
