Join our fantastic Dermatology team as a Customer Service Advisor at our Cromwell Road Primary Care Centre, Grimsby within our North and North East Lincolnshire service. You will be working closing with our consultants and nurses to support the day-to-day operations, and to be the first point of contact for our patients.

The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel. Also having the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with staff and patients, including handling sensitive data.
