SaaS Experience

Northamptonshire, UK (Hybrid, 3 days remote/2days in the office)

Salary – up to £30,000 p/a + incredible benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Customer Service Specialist to join my clients team in Northamptonshire, UK.

My client are at the forefront of the SaaS industry, providing innovative solutions to our clients. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding support to our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships. Your expertise in customer service, combined with your knowledge of the SaaS landscape, will contribute to our continued success.

Tasks

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Utilize your knowledge of SaaS to troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring their success in using their software solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to address complex client problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and reported issues.
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and resources.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition onto our platform.
Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and experience working in a similar environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of first-line support and troubleshooting in a helpdesk or software environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
