My client are dedicated to providing outstanding client service and ensuring their success. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the key liaison between their clients and the organization, ensuring their needs are met with utmost care and efficiency. Your combination of customer service expertise and IT knowledge will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction and building strong relationships.
Tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, in-person).
- Utilize your IT experience to troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to our software products, both remotely and on-site.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client problems and maintain effective communication throughout the process.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients, ensuring they fully understand the capabilities of our solutions.
- Take ownership of client concerns, actively working towards timely resolution and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, inquiries, and reported issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in IT support, preferably with experience working in a helpdesk or software environment.
- Solid understanding of troubleshooting techniques and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel to client sites within the UK.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, always striving to exceed client expectations.
- A team player attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
