Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist, Pontefract, £50,000, Manufacturer & distributor - commercial & domestic client base, Business Central upgrade project

An international manufacturer & distributor, with multiple office locations across UK & Ireland, are looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to join their inhouse IT team based from their Pontefract office. The role is offering up to £50,000 and is predominately onsite in Pontefract.

You will take ownership of their Dynamics system, being the main point of contact for NAV/BC in the UK. They are currently working on NAV 2016 and about to upgrade to Business Central which you will get hands on with the project. A lot of the workload will be around providing 2nd line support to the userbase as well as training as and when required. You will have a MS Partner on hand as a point of technical escalation if required.

The requirements are…

• Strong knowledge of D365 Business Central
• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on D365 Business Central
• Experience providing training on Business Central
• Experience testing solutions in BC is advantageous
• Knowledge of manufacturing business processes is advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
