We're looking for a People Services Data Cleansing and Reporting Manager to our join friendly and dedicated team in Bolton on a full-time fixed term contract for 2 years.

This is newly created role reporting to the People Services Contact Centre Manager where you'll be responsible for delivering all the reporting from our current systems for our People, Onboarding, screening systems and ensuring that we come off any non- system reporting methods (databases/ spreadsheets) to ensure the success of transferring data and reporting across to our new system(s).

To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience of working in an HR Shared Services team, using several HR Systems, and be an expert in Power BI, with excellent attention to detail and sound communication skills.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reporting for onboarding, people system, screening and payroll reporting
  • Creating and maintaining People Services Dashboards
  • Working closely with the Customer Contact and Business Support Manager to understand the KPI and SLA's and for running and reporting these daily for People Services
  • Creating and managing of data information including integrity and focusing on cleansing data by reporting through exceptions
  • Auditing and running quality checks on data within the systems
  • Being the expert for the suite of reports needed from the current systems, and then the future target system
  • Producing ad hoc and daily reports needed to run the People Services Operation
  • Working with the customer experience and improvement lead to support the team to make improvements and to simplify processes
  • Working collaboratively with the wider People Team including Insights
  • Supporting the review and evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures and advice & guidance documentation for reporting
  • Ensuring HR compliance is met by creating, reporting and processing data

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience of working within an HR Shared Services environment
  • Power BI Skills
  • Power Query for Excel and Power BI to manipulate data
  • Expert on advanced Excel
  • Understands and demonstrates importance of Data Protection and its associated risks.
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of IT tools and microsoft packages, demonstrating accuracy and speed when updating relevant HR systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience of implementing service & process improvements
  • Senior stakeholder Management experience

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
