Are you looking for a part-time opportunity working for a Market Leading Company? Do you enjoy driving and have previously worked in a delivery environment or perhaps you have worked as a facilities technician? This is a fantastic opportunity to support our growing business as a delivery driver and facilities assistant. Working 5 mornings a week the role will incorporate deliveries between all our showrooms based in London and the SouthEast along with being site based and aiding the facilities team with ad-hoc maintenance work at our head office.

What can you bring to Banham?

Bringing the ability to provide comprehensive office support, reporting directly to the Properties & Facilities Manager. You will understand the importance of working in a confidential manner to ensure that all work is prioritised and processed efficiently, in accordance with deadlines and company standards.

Your previous experience of working within a similar role will mean that you will be proficient in providing deliveries and maintenance at the Banham office and showrooms in the South East of England. You will also have the opportunity to assist with various business projects as required.

Key Accountabilities;

  • Deliver replenishment stock to Showrooms
  • Distribution of sundries & office supplies throughout the building.
  • Assist in basic plumbing tasks
  • Maintaining greenery on all floors of the building
  • Responding to and actioning ad hoc collections and deliveries - such as IT Equipment
  • Ensure all dining areas of the business are stocked correctly, such as crockery, glassware, and utensils - redistributing as where required.
  • Maintenance of car park, ensuring all areas are clear of nails and any items that could cause damage to vehicles and tyres.
  • Maintaining all external areas of the business - reflecting a clean and tidy environment.
  • Support the Administration teams with Post Office returns
  • Able to support with office repairs, construction, and relocation of furniture as required.
  • Work alongside the office assistant and issue uniforms as required.
  • Distribution of items from the warehouse to Showrooms and internal stakeholders.
