Maxxima’s Nursing team is currently recruiting for an experienced Nursing Service Delivery Lead to join the team for a full-time role based in London.

This role will be working locally in London providing Nursing delivery services, you MUST have experience of a similar role.

We are looking for Nursing Service Delivery Lead to work at least 2-3 days per week, 7 days per week service

The site will be open between 7.30am – 7.30pm Monday - Saturday & 10- 5 on Sunday.

Sites are mobile and based in different areas of London, they do move every 4 – 6 weeks

You must be competent in providing phlebotomy services, as you will be overseeing and providing phlebotomy services along with a team who you will be in charge of.

These positions are available to start in April and will be for at least until the end of September but likely to be extended

The pay rate for this role will be up to £33 p/h (Umbrella rate) - Enhanced weekend rates

Responsibilities for this position are as below:
  • Responsible for the provision of clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
  • Focus on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met, services are safe and delivered seamlessly
  • Supernumerary role which can provide additional support for HSW breaks
  • Responsible for staff attendance and scheduling
  • Reports directly to Chief Nurse
  • First point of escalation for operational queries
