Store Detective (SIA License Exempt)
East Mids / West Yorkshire Covert Targeting Team – Working for the Loss Prevention department as a member of the Covert Targeting Team you will be an integral part of our Loss Prevention strategy. Working alongside your Team Leader you will be –
· Deployed as a team to high-risk stores where you will be tasked with identifying and apprehending prolific offenders
· Collating evidence to support criminal prosecutions
· Completing surveillance operations across the retail / distribution network
· Building relationships with external stakeholders
You will also support department objectives by sharing best practise and developing retail colleagues in loss prevention activity.
After your initial training, your line manager will continue to work with you to support your career development (we aim to promote from within).
Job and salary
· Full time permanent contract, 44 hours per week with a 13-week probation period
· Salary = £26,426
. Approved out of pocket expenses paid weekly
· 28 day’s holidays (inclusive of public holidays)

Skills & Requirements
ESSENTIAL
· Full driving license with own reliable transport
· Fully flexible working 5 days out of 7 (early/late/weekend working essential to the role)
