Job Details
We’re looking for a Consumer Insight Director to lead a part of the team working with Nestlé in the UK. If you passionate about managing, supporting and empowering a team to succeed against its objectives; building a network of strong trust-based relationships with clients and delivering impactful insight to clients then this is the role for you!
We have a great track record of delivering powerful, incisive insight about shopper and consumer behaviors to help Nestlé find growth, and a critical aspect of this role is the hands-on generation and delivery of strong, clear, commercially relevant insights and stories. We partner closely with Nestlé to really get under the skin of their most pressing business challenges, feeding our expertise in shopper behavior into their decision-making and business processes, and to do that, we’re looking for someone who is willing to develop and share strong, insight-based opinions and constructively challenge the client to help find the best answer - just like a good ‘trusted advisor’ should!
Nestlé has a broad and deep partnership with Worldpanel and you will be part of a large team all dedicated to the client, which means a strong support network, but also gives the opportunity for you to act as a coach and role-model to the whole team.
Nestlé engages with Worldpanel across many of our services, with regular access to data from our Purchase, Usage, OOH and Worldpanel Plus panels, as well as conducting projects using our Advanced Analytics capabilities; this role will require you to build a deep knowledge of our capabilities and then translate this to the client in a way that demonstrates the value that they add to their business.
Nestlé has a diverse and varied product portfolio, and this role offers an opportunity to work on three varied categories (Pet, Cereals and Yoghurts&Chilled Deserts). In this role you would lead the relationships with these clients, managing a team of 3 people, driving senior engagement and ensuring we continually delight Nestlé.
As part of the role, you will work closely with the 2 other CID’s on the account to help guide the direction of the relationship, find efficiencies and share best practice across the Nestlé business, and with team leaders owning the account.
