Typical responsibilities
  • Ensures work is carried out in accordance with client and/or company standards and specification.
  • Ensure the quality of all work carried out under their justification
  • Prioritise their own workload
  • Maintains clear file structures and manages electronic files, ensuring an audible, electronic trail for all work undertaken
  • Populates client EDMS
  • Assists in the maintenance of controlled and uncontrolled documentation and data
  • Receives and distributes documents and amendments to documentation held by clients and DCC controlled copies
  • Ensures transmittal and receipt of draft documents in line with company procedures
  • Maintains documentation records, databases and filing systems to provide accurate records of document status
  • Performs all necessary administration to ensure that the progress of items is tracked at all times and that an audit trail is maintained
  • Conducts scanning and naming client documentation as per requirements set by project sponsor saving into the identified repository
