As the Manager of Tech Advisory you’ll be responsible for supporting and advising the First Line of Defence Develop and enhance the control framework related to the CIB Financial Crime policy transposition and implementation
This role is reporting into the Global Head of SCIB FCC Tech Advisory, based in our London office.
The difference you’ll make
Coordinating the technology requirements of the systems used by SCIB related to Financial Crime.
Monitoring of the financial crime related models and systems for effectiveness, and recommend changes as appropriate, including supporting model governance and validation in accordance with industry best practices.
Taking the lead on management of SCIB geographies and branches related escalations, as well as Tracking and resolving SCIB and Global compliance inquiries, concerns and internal investigations.
Participating in preparation of monthly reports to Global forums and senior executives.
Supporting the fulfilment of regulatory recommendations and findings across SCIB locations as relates to SCIB models and systems.
Ensuring that SCIB has a full understanding of market disruptors/changes and the emerging risks related to these and ongoing assessment of the effectiveness of the FC systems and models to address these risks as relates to the SCIB business.
What you’ll bring
A professional financial crime compliance expert, with proven track record of working within a large Multi-National bank with Global and regional exposure in a similar role.
Proven expertise in Data Analytics, Advanced analytics and product management with Change and Transformation experience.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Strong understanding of Financial Crime risks related to Trade Finance, Markets and Capital Markets.
Proven record in developing trusted and mutually supportive relationships with key stakeholders across various functions.
Able to concisely convey complex regulatory aspects and requirements to enable the business consumer to understand the approach required or the risk.

We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer
