Job Description

Role Overview

The General Counsel team consists of the Legal and Secretariat team. The EA will work closely with the Nest General Counsel as well as support the wider Legal and Secretariat teams with raising requisitions, paying invoices, drafting, editing and formatting documents, booking meeting rooms, arranging catering or organising away days. They will also manage complex diaries in helping organise Governance meetings, communicate closely with the wider Nest and Members of the Board. The resource will be actively involved in and be able to advise on Nest processes and policies.

The EA will report to the General Counsel.

The Business Support function offers first-class administrative support to NEST’s senior managers and their teams. This role will report to and work closely with senior management. The role has responsibility for providing operational and strategic support across the full range of the senior manager(s) responsibilities.
