Role: Coffee Field Service Engineers / Electro Mechanical Field Services (cross training)
Location : Surrey / East Sussex / Berkshire - multiple roles

Concept are delighted to be recruiting for a rapidly expanding supplier within the coffee industry who are now seeking a either skilled Coffee Field Service Engineer or semi skilled engineers from industries such as Copier / Print and White Goods , Gaming etc . This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of coffee devices such as bean to cup / espresso so full training will be given .

Responsibilities and Duties

• Install, commission and set up the bean to cup equipment
• Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services
• Attend re-active break down and repair call outs
• Operator training (e.g. operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)
• Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in Service Van
• To manage and supply timely paperwork, including full completion of service reports (with photos if required)
• To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business
• Monday - Friday coverage - optional overtime
