The role would report into Finance Director. You will manage and work closely with two WIP/Revenue Managers ensuring the integrity and accuracy across all aspects of revenue management and reporting.

Key duties include:

• Business partner with senior client leadership & Production team - be main point of contact and support as needed on client commercial matters.
• Oversee month end revenue reconciliation and review, including all aspects reporting to HFM.
• Manage Yearly Revenue Budgeting & Monthly Forecasts for Management and Paris with assistance from the Revenue/WIP Managers.
• Review of Aged Revenue accruals to maximise invoicing and improve TWC; follow up on outstanding items which require further investigation.
• Complete Flash Revenue & STF submission, including high level commentary for significant variances.
• Manage and provide training to revenue and WIP team.
• Work with management on improving internal efficiencies and optimising operating processes.
• Monthly Receivables review with Credit Control and WIP Managers, resolution and direction to ensure funds are collected and receivables remain below the pre-set annual targets (<5% over dues).
• Review of WIP Aging – detailed commentary to be provided by Revenue/WIP Managers. Need to ensure clear actions in place to resolve any outstanding job balances.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in similar role. We are looking for someone who is driven, ambitious and innovative with strong interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships. Experience in SAP / Altair for General Ledger accounting is desirable.
