Salary: £55 - £60K dependant on experience


The role

The Group Financial Accountant reports into the Group Reporting Manager and will assist with the timely and accurate completion to the highest standards of the Group’s monthly reporting requirements to the Datatec Head Office team and completion of the Group consolidated statutory accounts.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete the monthly reporting, consolidation and disclosure for Logicalis International Group
  • Complete the consolidated Logicalis International statutory account drafting
  • Review entity statutory accounts for International entities
  • Design and update Cognos reports
  • Assist the Group Reporting Manager with monitoring, reviewing and understanding the performance of the International Group
  • Assist local entities with Cognos and reporting queries
  • Assist the Group Reporting Manager in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the Group numbers in line with IFRS
  • Assist with the maintenance of executive reporting to ensure accurate and complete information provided
  • Assist with the compilation of Audit Committee papers
  • Work with the tax manager to ensure tax position and disclosures are accurate
  • Engage with external and internal auditors for audit queries
  • Complete monthly forecasts for responsible entities/packs
  • Complete annual budgets and three year plans for responsible entities/packs
  • Identify and implement process and control efficiencies to the reporting process

  • ACA/ACCA qualified
