The Opportunity
As part of the management team within our Food & Beverage operations at our hotels. Our Food & Beverage Supervisors will be pivotal to the ongoing success within the department.
You will assist the Food & Beverage Manager, in the continuing delivery of exceptional food experience to all our guests and deputise in their absence.
Responsible for maintaining high standards across the multiple food services, including the main restaurant, Bar & Lounge, and in-room service. All allergen and nutrient information to be correct and up to date.
You will receive regular training from your F&B management team, as our supervisors will be our potential General Managers of the future
