About the Role
We are currently looking for a Group IT Cyber Security Manager to join us during an exciting time of growth to join our Cyber Security team. This role will be managing the Group Cyber Security Team members and all projects, focusing on the management of monitoring, analysing and assisting in the maintenance of Group security infrastructure.
What you will be doing in this role
- Ensure all systems security operations and security maintenance activities are properly documented and updated as necessary.
- Assist/take lead in responding to and security cyber security incidents across the Group.
- Implementing security tools and controls within the Group IT infrastructure.
- To assist in the management and information gathering for Major Incidents. Following/creating the policies and processes for the handling of all Major Incidents.
- Promote best practice and adherence to change management processes.
- Provide effective leadership of an internationally based team of IT Security personnel, instilling a culture of continual improvement and ensuring skills and capabilities are aligned to the IT operational/IT Security strategy.
- Establish clearly defined and effective processes, workflows, and systems through which the Security team meet business and user needs.
- Communicate with key personnel at various group companies, ensuring business and user needs are identified and met.
What you will bring to the role
- Ability to create detailed and understandable reports to the wider, non-tech focused, business.
- Experience PEN testing.
- Large amount of technical knowledge, understanding and hands on experience.
- Security Project Management experience, managing the security/technical side of a business merger.
- Excellent attention to detail, including report writing, creating approval processes, providing information to senior leaders within the business.
- Excellent people manager, able to coach and inspire the team.
