Your role will be to maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service that the company is known for. The company will support you in developing your technical knowledge and paying for CII professional qualifications.

Essential
Qualifications
· GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grade A-C
· A levels (or equivalent)
Experience
· Min 2 years experience in commercial account handling
· New business, renewals, MTAs and claims handling
Knowledge
· Confident knowledge of the following products: PI, D&O, Liabilities, combined products, motor fleet, marine cargo, etc.
Skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good organisational skills and time management.
· Competent with IT
· Fluent with Outlook, Word and Excel
