Job Description
A growing non-profit organisation is looking for an accomplished Head of HR to join its team, based in central London. This organisation embraces flexibility enabling the successful candidate to work on a hybrid basis between home and the office.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working as a key partner to the executive team, you will lead the HR function to the highest possible standards of integrity, professionalism and inclusion. You will be a key driver of business improvement and will have obvious commercial and strategic acumen.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will have significant experience working in a Human Resources role within a busy office environment, as well as possessing excellent communication skills and demonstrable expertise providing a proactive support service to the business. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process including reviewing job descriptions and candidate applications, managing the interview processes and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements for appointments including right to work and reference checks. Competence in all Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) as well as a CIPD level 5 accreditation and above is essential.
